工作时，热合头上的一对高频电极，对管路进行高频感应（PVC高频电场下分子极化）加热，使管路达到熔融状态，同时热合电极压紧熔融部分，按预设的程序，到达设定时间后，完成一次热合。

1）为了保证热合机能良好安全的工作，把设备安放在稳定平整的平面上是很重要的。不要使用任何不稳固的支持物，如椅子。要选择一个防潮、避免阳光直射，远离热源，如加热器、空调机组等的地方。

1、充电电池的使用

1. Use of rechargeable battery

1）当电池正在充电时不能使用热合机，充电过程大概持续2个小时。充电完成后红色指示灯开始闪烁。

2）建议不要进行少量热合之后就充电，而是要在每天工作结束的时候或晚上进行充电。

3）首次充电或者在很长时间不使用的情况下，电池至少要持续充电12小时。

1）电池充好电并正确连接热合手柄。
