高频塑料热合机生产中出现的各种打火现象处理

1、 高频模具水平调节一定需要调节水平。
1. The level adjustment of High Frequency die must be adjusted.
2、 高频模具出现打火现象一定要用干净的抹布，加上酒精、汽油、甲苯等处理相应的灰尘。
2. Clean cloth must be used for the ignition of high frequency dies, and the corresponding dust should be treated with alcohol, gasoline, toluene, etc.
3、 每次在调试新的模具，电流都应该调整至回0.2A。然后利用同调器慢慢的把电流调至适合的电流热合。
3. The current should be adjusted back to 0.2A every time the new die is debugged. Then, the current is slowly adjusted to a suitable current by using a coherence device.
4、 高频模具下面必须采用一定的绝缘材料。有效地防止高频再次击穿所需要的焊接产品。

5、 电容片在调节过程中不应该调节的过于猛烈，应当慢慢的调试相应的范围，电容片在生产过程中边缘出现打火现象，可能是电容片的边缘没有处理干净又铝板毛刺。需要用砂纸处理打磨光滑。
5. The capacitor should not be adjusted too fiercely in the process of adjustment. The corresponding range should be adjusted slowly. There is a phenomenon of lightning at the edge of the capacitor in the production process. It may be that the edge of the capacitor has not been cleaned and the burr of the aluminium plate. Sand paper is needed for smooth grinding.
6、 振荡桶在生产过程中出现的打火现象主要有电容片，高压管座等跳火。处理方式和电容调节片一样。
6. The main sparking phenomena of oscillating barrel in the production process are capacitor, high-voltage tube seat and so on. The processing mode is the same as that of the capacitor regulator.
