| 保养与维护 Maintenance and maintenance 1. 定期检查滤水器； Check the water filter regularly. 2. 如机台有尘埃，用于燥压缩空气小心吹干净机台，但必需关闭总电源； 2. If there is dust in the machine table, it is used for drying compressed air to carefully blow off the machine, but the total power supply must be turned off. 故障：在检查前，一定要关闭总电源，因机台里面有几千伏至上万伏电压。 Failure: before checking, must turn off the total power supply, because there are several thousand volts to tens of thousands of volts in the machine. 现象1：常见红灯（过载灯） Phenomenon 1: common red light (overload light) 原 因： The reason: A) 下模绝缘物损坏； A) the lower die insulation is damaged; B) 工作物，振动筒或上下模有脏物、尘埃、水份需清理； B) working objects, the vibrating cylinder or upper and lower mould has dirt, dust and moisture to be cleaned; C) 上下模水平位不良； C) poor horizontal level; D) 上下模没有绝缘物，而直接碰在一起； D) there is no insulation in the upper and lower modes, and directly touching them; E) 输入电源太高； E) the input power is too high; F) 真空管损坏或松脱； F) the vacuum tube is damaged or loose; G) 过电源保护电子板损坏，过电流保护板即有三个总电器的那一块； G) the power protection electronic board is damaged, the current protection plate is the one with three total appliances; H) 同调器太大，输出太高； H) the modulator is too large and the output is too high; I) 工作物太大，超出同机台的额定输出； I) the work item is too large, exceeding the rated output of the same machine; |
